In this column, I look forward to the movies I'm most looking forward to at Sundance 2018:
You there, young one, what day is today? What’s that? Then go into town and get the fattest turkey you can find -- it’s Sundance day!
On this, the first day of the 2018 Sundance Film Festival, excitement levels are high -- and so is the altitude for me, since I’m back from Houston for the festival. I’ve got a long list of movies I’m excited to try to see while I’m here, even though with only short descriptions and cast/crew information to go on, you never really know.
I’ve already shared in a previous column the three films I’m most excited to see at the festival -- “Believer,” “Come Sunday” and “Quiet Heroes,” which will all tackle faith and/or the state of Utah as their subjects -- so today, I’m going to round out my top 10 list by focusing on No. 10 through No. 4.
