I reviewed "We Love You, Sally Carmichael":
One of the joys to be found in “We Love You, Sally Carmichael!” is a surprising heap of fun ensemble characters.
The piece of casting that surprised me most was the ever-exuberant Jack McBrayer, playing a passive aggressive business type, almost like he’s doing a sequel to the resolution of his role as Kenneth the Page in “30 Rock.”
But the local cameos were the ones I appreciated even more. The film is a locally written, locally made Utah indie, with a script by Daryn Tufts, and some of the bit players include “Studio C” stars Mallory Everton and Stacey Harkey; local theater and screen stars Christopher and Lisa Clark; “Adam and Eve” star Becca Ingram; and the always expressive and delightful Mila Smith.
